During airplane decents prior to landings, I suffer with excruciating pain in my ears. While traveling abroad, I was issued histal dc. In short, l was able to fly without the usual discomfort. just asking if histal expectorant can be used to treat sinus condition such as nasal congestion, (stuffiness) ## Histal contains the active ingredient Cetirizine, from what I can find listed, so it is not an expectorant, but an antihistamine, used to treat allergies. That said, if something else is causing the congestion, such as a cold, then it will probably not help. Have you consulted a doctor? ## Histal Expectorant contains Chlopheniramine not ceterizine...you may be better off trying Histal DC if your only issue is congestion.

Hi. I have sinusitis and my chest is making it hard for me to breath at times. I also have a stuffy nose, headache and red eyes. Is histal dc good for my condition? ## I had a respirtory infection and my doctor give me curam, I'm finshed taking it and and still have a cough and problems breathing when I lie doen or drink something cold, will histal work for this problem
