I'm sorry, but there is nothing you can take that will cause you to grow in stature at 21. Once you are at this age, you are done growing and nothing can be done about it. While you were younger, there are some growth factors that could have been used to help ensure that you reach your full growth potential, but even they cannot override genetics and enable you to grow taller than you are naturally intended to be.
