Football shaped green pill, it has 33 on one side and 93 on the other. I can't remember what it's for? I think oxycodone but I'm not certain. ## Your guess was correct, this is Oxycodone CR 80mgs, a generic for Oxycontin. This is a very, very potent narcotic pain reliever. People should not be thinking that 1mg of xanax dyed blue would be any different, strength wise to the same amount of alprazolam using green dye. Xanax is a life saver! I've always had social anxiety and trouble speaking in groups of people, now i have no problem! Is there a green football shaped Xanax? ## Yes, there are some, however, since the shape and color mean nothing, the only way to tell is from the actual markings on the tablet in question. For insance, one marking on such a tablet is: S 902, which is a 1mg tablet There are also many tablets on the market that are green and football shaped, but contain other medications completely unrelated to Xanax. Unexplained bruised skin since the green football shaped ## That is a very rare side effect and you might want to bring this up with your MD ## @Jocelyn, I think Eddy could be right about this being rare, as I'm not seeing 'bruises' specifically listed on general drug monographs. Information I'm finding on pubmedhealth shows that "blistering, crusting, irritation, itching, peeling, or reddening of the skin" is related to an allergic reaction. However, in this case it sounds like something else altogether. A couple of the other symptoms I noticed on their side effect list are "hives or welts" and "yellow skin". I found a dark green, opaque football-shaped gel-filled capsule (which may have tiny gold-ish speckles.) It is about 3/8" long, approximately. There are no visible markings, though a cat may have swallowed and regurgitated it, erasing anything that was printed on. Any thoughts on what this could be? ## I'm sorry, but it's very difficult to say without having any markings on it and with just a guess at the speckles. I found a small football shaped light green pill with AHI 2 on one side and nothing on other. What's the difference between a R P 15 white football shaped 15 mg oxy pill and a 15mg green oxy? ## Hi keke, There is no difference in the active ingredient since they all reportedly contain 15mgs of Oxycodone. The only notable differences would be found in the list of inactive ingredients (otherwise known as binders and fillers) that help make up each tablet's composition.
