Grapevine Tx Pain Doctor

Hi. I am struggling to find a pain doctor to do medication management in or around Grapevine, Tx. I have been through surgeries and injections with no help. Also I guess I would have to be a privet pay patient since my insurance only has three doctors within 50 miles they will help pay for, one of which is the one referring me to a new person. (The other two are not accepting new patients) I would appreciate any information or other's experiences with local doctors. I have tried just calling around some and I keep getting the same answers... "You need to be with one of the insurance companies we take." Or "We only do injections."
