I got my period a week early on birth control, do I continue to use the pack as it is or skip the rest of the blue?! I'm confused ## Hello, Kimmy! How are you? You should just continue that pack, as normal. Irregularity can be a normal side effect of taking hormonal contraceptives, as listed by the FDA. You may also experience nausea, headache, dizziness, irritability and PMS-like symptoms. Is there anything else I can help with?

Hi. I started Angelique 2 weeks ago. My last period was in Nov 2012. At the moment I am getting terrible headaches, Anxiousness, Heart Palpitations and like period pains by my ovaries. Ok I just recently got on birth control about 4 days ago and I just thought about something. Before I took birth control my period always lasted around 3-4 days. Now that I'm on the pill, there are 7 white pills for your period.... arent the white pills just to keep you on track? like they dont protect you at all right? so do I have to take the white pills all 7 days...like if I end my period early, do I have to keep taking the white pills?
