I am taking a naproxin sodium in the morning and at night but would like to have more relief during the day. Would Instaflex be the answer? ## Hello, Nettie! How are you? Instaflex is only classified by the FDA as being a nutritional supplement, so it isn't actually proven to help with anything. The manufacturer lists it as containing Glucosamine, MSM, White Willow Bark extract, ginger root, boswella, turmeric, cayenne and hyaluronic acid. It is also always best to check with your doctor, before taking any supplements, as they may be contraindicated with some medications or health conditions. Where can you get turpin hydrate elixer for mucous relief? ## From what I've read, the FDA banned terpin hydrate back in the mid-1980's. Apparently the reasoning behind this ban was that they were never able to prove it's effectiveness. However, contrary to their opinion on the medication's efficacy, I think many people would still agree that it works better than a lot of the stuff on today's shelf. Have you tried any other approaches for mucous relief in the meantime? They say ginger root is also good for breaking up phlegm and mucus from the respiratory tract...but mixing it with lemon juice and raw honey can be beneficial as well; at least from my own experience. i am using Krimson-35 for a week but no i am vomiting every day and what is the remedy ## It sounds like this medication is the cause of the side effects. In this case I would highly recommend contacting your doctor about switching over to another similar medication that your body may have a better reaction to. Personally, I would continue to take the medication as prescribed by your doctor, but in the mean time to help with the vomiting, there are plenty of natural remedies to try such as; ginger root, peppermint essential oil, also try boiling a cup of water and mix a tsp of cinnamon or one cinnamon stick. Add 1 tbs of honey for sweeting. This usually can stop the onset of vomiting within a matter of minutes. Hope this helps!

do mini thins expire? if they do, how long are they good for? ## to be more specific...in case people think im talking about crackers or something, mini thins are essentially speed, ingredients are caffeine and herb. it was pretty easy to sell stuff like this over the counter back in the 80s and early 90s. ## I am not certain about this exact product, but most supplements are usually stable for one year, after this time, they don't get dangerous but can lose effectiveness. Mini Thins can still be purchased online, they contain: Niacin, Caffeine, Synephrine (from bitter orange), Asian Ginseng, Ginger Root, Green Tea, Kola Nut, Rhodiola Rosea and Willow Bark. Thank you to all who post here. We can't get truthful or helpful support from most Drs. I am in Costa Rica and it is very difficult as I don't have a Psych. Dr. and the GP speaks little English. I have been on AD's since back in the day when there were only Tricyclics. Done them all. For the last 3 years have been on 150mg Wellbutrin and 10mg. Lexapro. GP started me on 20mg and I did that for a year and decided I wanted to try lesser dose and save a little $. I have since decided it no longer helps me and think the Wellbutrin can do the trick solo.
