small whiteound tablet with only a small score on one side ## i have a round light blue pill. it is scored and has a k on the top half and a 9 on the bottom. the back is unmarked. the prescription was for 30mg percocet, but they ususally have an m on one side and numbers on the back. if you know what i have please let me know, i would hate to take something if my rx was mis-filled. ## its a perk 30 mg ## it is absolutely NOT a Percocet or Percodan. It May be Oxydodone but its impossible to tell without any coding that is ALWAYS imprinted on ANY and ALL narcotic medications. Percocet only comes in 5mg, 7.5mg, and 10 mg all with 325 of acetaminophen (Tylenol) Percodan only comes with 5mg Oxycodone and 325 aspirin instead of Tylenol. Yellow tablets, what are the ingredients? ## I would like to refill my prescription of oxycodone/asa 4.5/325 (820 watson yellow tablet) but it appears that none of the pharmacies in my area have this medication stocked. Is this a normal thing? ## @el, this is a generic for Percodan and contains Oxycodone and Aspirin (also known as ASA), which the FDA warns carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache.
