I am a patient of Polycythemia vera since 2008 (Age - 34, Male). Due to low BMD all bones are too much painful & suffering from osteoporosis since 2009. which calcium with vitamin D3 should I take daily and kindly suggest me Doses & Strength? Shall I have to take before or after of lunch or Dinner? In empty stomach is this more effective? I am taking - Amlopidine 5 BD, Aspirin 150 OD, my BMD score is Moderate (Bone fracture risk is high). From my own personal experience, if you take tad bit too much of a specific vitamin, you may feel slight temporary nausea; but I can't imagine anything more than that, although everyone is different.
