The taste is all that matters. If it tastes bitter after sitting on your tongue, I mean reallllllly nasty bitter, it's real. Also, on the real ones the "g" is more octagonal and the counterfeits are more like this "G". ## You shouldn't have to worry about a fake pill when you're obtaining your medication legitimately through a real pharmacy. Is this real....it's white looks real but is hard ..it has G3722 on front and has the line after G over top and ND bottom of 7 then another 2. Is this a legitimate form of Alprazolam? It's white and looks real but is hard. It has G3722 on the front and has the score line after G (which isn't a circle, it has the same straight lines that make it look right) top and bottom of 7 then another 2. It's flat. On the back it's got the curve around the edges... It looks like the standard domestic version from my last refill when I look it up. However, the 2 on the back is what is confusing me. My friend showed me some pills she got that are supposed to be 2 mg Xanax. They are white rectangle with the imprint G3722 on I side and no scores/lines on the other side. She takes Xanax on a daily basis, and normally takes 1-2 daily but with these she has taken 5 and does not feel any effect. We tried looking them up but COULD NOT FIND EM ANYWHERE!!! I just received some Xanax bars and I thought I made a mistake because on my bars it has G2722 on it. But when I looked them up I was referred to G3722. I received a real green bar that has GG on it which I know was real, but have other ones with the G 37221 and blank on the other side and in the middle of one of the two 2's there was like a line above it, a line under it and I'm trying to figure out if it was real or not because I didn't second guess and look at them all or never imagined that I would be ripped off in any kind of way.
