small round white tablet one side has line going thru the middle other side is blank, it is a diuretic i think, also comes from Ireland ## there must be some imprint of letters and or numbers on one side. please look again. ## If you are just looking for furosemide info, here: Furosemide Info Click Here If it is from Ireland there is a good chance it is not in our databases, though it wouldn't hurt to look. Without the imprint though, as nenene asked you for, we can't confirm that this is what it is. ## I'm fairly sure you mean Furosemide though ## I ordered Furosemide and what I got (mailed from India) is Frusemide. The other drugs I ordered have a funny brand name, but the generic on the label is correct. There are no makings. It's a small, round, scored, white tablet. ...

Over time I have been taking both I sometimes experience stomach upsets and feeling unsure of myself by the middle of the day? ## Hello, Graham! How are you doing? The upset stomach can be a side effect of both of these medications, if it is too severe, you should talk to your doctor about it, they may be able to help you in some way by prescribing something else, or by giving you something to prevent nausea. What do you mean by feeling unsure of yourself? I need more details on this, in order to help you. Thanks!

My bp is 150/82. I had coronary artery bypass graft surgery on 17-Sep-2013. Presently I am taking following bp medicine : Betaloc 75mg 2 times daily; Amlodopine 5mg daily; Frusemide 20mg daily + Potassium chloride 600mg daily. Pls advise how can I lower my HBP from 150 to 120. ## Try taking 1500 mg of fish oil a day. Mainly Krill oil. Fish oil works wonders for the brain, joints, cholesterol, memory, and bones in general. But should help you BP as well as long as you take it everyday. Natural compared to chemical. Any day!

I purchased what should have been Lasix 100 mg ..it says "Lusix 100 mg". The generic name should be furosemide and on the packaging it says "frusemide". There are no markings on the pills and I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? The envelope came from Combitic global caplet pvt ltd? Any suggestions? ## Honestly from the way you put it, this sounds like a classic case of a counterfeit. Deliberate misspellings for otherwise common drug names is the biggest red flag in my opinion. I'm not saying that Combitic Global Caplet is a fake manufacturer (though I could be mistaken), but perhaps whoever is distributing these products is putting on some sort of front for the real deal, if you know what I mean. On that note, Combitic Global Caplet does appea...

I have a terrible problem of retaining fluid during the day where to the point I can gain 5 kg as I only urinate once or twice after consuming at least 2 1/2 litre of water per day. My doctor prescribed me spiractin and frusemide at different times, he didnt tell me to take them concurrently, so I was wondering if it I could take these both during the day for the duiretic needs to stop from gaining so much fluid weight during the day without causing any side effects. My potassium levels are fine but my kidneys have slowed a bit owing to age. As I have lost a total weight of 80kg over the past two years and have worked hard to maintain it, I am a bit reticent to stop taking these tablets as I do not want to gain any of the weight I have lost. I attended a vascular surgeon to see if an op...
