I have had 3 epidurals, have 3 degenerating discs, have run 55 marathons, completed 5 Ironman Races. I don't smoke or drink and lead a healthy lifestyle. I won't take narcotics. I have been on Valium, then Xanax beginning at age 10 for severe panic attacks.
