I got pain at the bottom right side of my back. Physio theraphy seems to help, but only for a short period of time. When cold, it seems worse and hot and cold treatment seems to help, but not for long. I walk for two minutes, then need to sit down and rest. ## Has your doctor suggested any other treatment options, or medications? Some people get some pain relief from anti-inflammatory medications, such as Ibuprofen.
