i am 101kg my doctor has ask me to take zerofat A,twice a day. does this capsule is effective and has any side effects. how effective is this and what is other things which we have to look out when we take this medicine. ## Zerofat really works! But you have to have it right before or after (within an hour) of the meal. It prevents absorption of fat, n this fat goes out in the form of stool. Weight gain can happen, when you take oral contraceptives, since they are hormonal based. The only thing you can really do about it, while you're still taking them, is to try to up your amount of exercise and be careful to eat a healthy diet that is a low in fat, as possible. Have you consulted your doctor? There may be a different one that you can switch to that doesn't cause as much weight gain.

Hi, I've been tapering down my morphine from 400mg morphine sulfate. 3600 gabapentin and 60 mg of duloxatine, I started in October/November because of side effects like sweating and kept on crashing out for days. I'm now down to 120 mg morphine and 1800 mg of gaba and 30 mg of duloxatine and I'm still so fatigued. I'm living mostly on my bed at the moment and I can't fathom it, Is the dose of motphine still too high? I'm in a little pain but most of all I'm quite stressed as this condition has changed my life. I was put on xarelto 5 days ago for a clot in my leg. They can't figure why I got it. So are testing for all sorts of things. As a mother of three I am very busy and the xarelto seems to be making me even more tired and my stomach looks like I'm 8months prego again!!!!! Why is this happening? Hello, My weight is 90 & height 5'5 want to know the proper disage to take of ZEROFAT-A sachet, how to use it & how many months need to take. ## @PIU, From what I could gather, the active ingredient in Zerofat-A is Orlistat. According to the manufacturer, the typical adult dosage of Orlistat is 120mg taken orally 3 times daily. Apparently you're supposed to take each dose with every meal you have that contains fat. However the manufacturer goes on to note that the dose may also be taken within about an hour of finishing your meal(s). As to how long you should take it, I think that is best determined by you and your doctor, depending on your goals an expectations. I am taking Diltiazem ER 180 mg a day for atrial fibrillation. My question is whether I can take this in the evening so it does not make me so tired during the day? Thanks. ## Hi Charlie, Based on my research, the dosing indications for Diltiazem ER don't actually specify whether or not you're supposed to take it during the day or at night. It only mentions taking it "once daily" and doesn't really go into any further detail from there. So in my opinion, it sounds like it should be fine to take it at night as long as you remain consistent with one particular approach. I've been on xarelto for 2 months following dvt in my leg. I take 20 mg a day. In addition to almost constant headaches I now feel faint, tired, and my pinky finger feels numb. Please help me. I am trying to read my daughter's anatomical pathology and blood toxicology report. She was 44 and had been struggling with a drug problem .On the report it states she was using multiple drugs. One drug she had been prescribed to and not found in her system was Adderall. She had ran out of that maybe a week before she passed. what the report says on blood toxicology positive finding were alprazolam 34 ng/ml in blood , (she was perscribed to rake 4 -1mg a day) oxycodone 17 ng/ml and also oxymorphone 14 ng/ml .
