Hi. I want to ask if evion 400mg is safe to take because my friend started using it and all her acne scars and pimples went off and her skin is also glowing a lot. So she recommended me this product. Hi, I am 29 years old and have a dry sensitive skin. To improve my skin texture I have been taking evion 400 mg capsule once a day everyday for the past four years. My diet lacks fruits and vegetables as I hate vegetables. My skin has greatly improved because of the vitamin supplement. Just to make sure that I'm not overdosing.. I take my vitamin on an empty stomach and eat my protein (chicken) based meals a couple hours later. My question is..am I taking too much vitamin e? A little concerned coz I read online that one of the side effects of overdosing can affect the heart. Do we have to break this capsule or dissolve it in warm oil, or can we use any type of hair oil? Also, is there any side effects if I apply it on my hair or scalp? Lastly, how much of a gap should we have in between doses (i.e. once a week or daily)? ## I used to break up 400mg evion capsule and drop half of it in hair oil and then apply it on my scalp almost twice a week.
