## what is endocin? ## I had an extreme reaction to this med. My throat closed. Was for muscle spasm and inflammation. ## Indocin is a name brand for Indomethacin. It is not used for muscle spasms though, this is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so it will only help with inflammation and the aches and pains caused from it. It is frequently prescribed for Rheumatoid Arthritis and similar conditions. Here's the link to the drug monograph if you would like more information: ## ENDOCIN IS ALSO USED TO TREAT GOUT

hrt ## Dear Ones; I take endorol for nervousness caused by another med. I missed several doses and noticed my heart rate up from 60 to 75. Could this be from a developed 'addiction' to it? Or? Thank you, Brad ## It could be caused by that, no way to say for sure since no one here is a doctor who knows your medical history. It is not, however, called 'developed addiction,' it is called Dependence.

light yellowish pill friend was told it's 10 mil percs but he's sceptical can you tell me for sure my friend isn't stupid. ## endo 122 ## Yes. It would be ok. Even though, you probably have taken it by now. :) ## This is an old tablet, but Endo listed as containing Acetaminophen, and Aspirin, it was a generic for Percodan. The FDA warned that it carried the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. However, it has been discontinued. Are there any questions I can help with?

Cardiac medication ## I am not finding anything under this, are you sure you have to correct name and spelling? ## Are you sure you don't mean Enkaid or Encainide hydrochloride (generic.) This is a medication used rarely for antiarrhythmics. Doctors dont use it often because it has been pulled off the market and then limited in use due to serious side effects.

What is it for? My husband has Parkinson's with dementia and has been prescribed this along with cinamet and the Excelon patch. ## Indopril contains the active ingredient Perindopril, it is an ACE inhibitor that's most commonly used to help treat high blood pressure and to treat certain cardiac conditions. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and hypotension. You can learn more Indopril details here. Alzheimer's can cause some crazy symptoms, so it's possible he was having blood pressure fluctuations or cardiac issues. But the only way to really find out would be to ask the prescribing doctor. Is there anything I can help with?

i have just taken 1, 5mg endone tablet. I am a diabetic, 1500mg metaformin + 2mg indopril + 1500mg valpro to help with depression. will the 5mg endone have an adverse effect because of these other medications ## The Endone contains the active ingredient Oxycodone, which is a narcotic and taking it with the Valproic Acid in the Valpro does increase the risk of depression of the central nervous system. It's not that they can't be used together, but your doctor should very carefully consider the dosages and they should be monitoring you regularly. Is your doctor aware of everything you are taking?
