X 2, Celebrex 200 mg. x1, Wellubutrin XL 150 mg. x3, Atorvastatin 20 mg. x 1, Macrobid 100 mg. x 1, Apo-Metoprolol 25 mg. x 2 (0.5 each x), Metformin 500 mg. x 2, Mylan-Clopidogrel 75 mg. x 1, Co-Sertraline 100 mg. x 1, Florastor 250 mg. x2, Ran-Ramipril 2.5 mg x 2.

I am taking URIMAX0.4 for last 3 years continuously.I find it very useful. But I am not getting answer to my question that how long one can take it. After how much time I will have to increase the dose? Will it create any serious problem due to prolonged use? I am of 62 years.
