my father is 68 years old . he was suffering fever last three month and now is little better. but now a day he is not able to recognize every thing and taking e relevant things. he can able to remember past things but recent past he is not able to remember. we were far away from home town for treatment and when we came back to home he is not even recognize that this is our home. we have done MRI scan but doctor said there is not having major issue and prescribed Donep. once he take he is reacting more and talking e relevant things. could any one advice is that the site effect of taking Donep

What is the yellow pill with RC25 on top with nothing on the other side? I know there is a yellow pill with rc26 marking which is a 10 mg. Aricept. This is not that. My pill may possibly be an Aricept but if it is it supposed to be 5mg. My mother in law has had dementia for 15 years. It is getting so bad she doesn't know our names, can hold a conversation. Should she continue receiving Namenda and Donepezil? Also she constantly rubs her face, neck 7 chest. Starting at the top of her forhead with both hands and rubs all the way down to above the breasts. Then repeats as long a she is awake. He has mild AD and was given Cloraz Dipot at first for anexiety. Next appt. few days later gave him Donepezil . Has anyone heard of side effects associated with a relatively new dementia/memory pill called Namzaric? My aunt has dementia and it seems to be getting worse rather than better on this new pill prescribed by her long-time doctor. Any info will help.
