What is a good substitute for Darvocet N/100 for treating pain? ## Darvocet contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen and Propoxyphene, it was really the mildest narcotic pain reliever on the market. As to an alternative that might have the same pain relieving properties, have you tried Tramadol? It is not a narcotic, but works very similarly.
