yellow pill long bar shaped ## Hydrocodone and Buspar are two separate medications. I don't believe that they come combined. Are you trying to figure out if your pill is one or the other? ## A long bar shaped pill is more than likely the Buspar Dividose tablets, and you are correct, they don't come combined.
