suboxone
Please tell me why I can't find a physician that provides suboxone and accepts insurance? ## Because only a limited number of doctors can prescribe Suboxone, they must take special training classes to be allowed to prescribe it. ## It depends what you mean by 'accepts insurance'. I 'accept insurance' in my practice.. I don't accept the insurance as 'total payment', though, because every insurer pays differently-- usually depending on how expensive the insurance policy is. Suboxone patients are treated exactly the same as any of the patients in my general psychiatry practice. One insurer may pay $30, and for the same service another insurer pays $150! So if my charge for the service is $155, the first patient will have to pay an additional $125, and the se... ...

I cant use my $50 copay i use on the suboxone film. it comes out to be $130 more a month for this generic. Please Help if u know. have no insurance! ## No, such assistance things aren't generally offered for generic medications, except in the case of some that are considered to be life sustaining. Normally, generics are cheaper, just by the nature of being generic. Learn more Suboxone details here. suboxone 8mg white 155
my message is for the person who was saying something about not making suboxone because the company has the rights to making it exclusively which is true for a period of I believe somewhere between 3 -7 years after it hits the ,market , suboxone has been on long enough now that other companies can now make the same medicine and be in direct competition with the makers of the original suboxone and their are several different generic suboxone now, its big business and big money to these corparations that we the addicts remain hooked on the suboxone just as we were our drug of choice, I have started to taper down off subixine now, and hope to be off it by oct, 2013, im not knocking it for use as a substitute for herion or other hard drugs, its just I personally have taken to long getting m... ...

White Suboxone
I was given a fairly large white round pill that seems to be coated. On one side is a large g and the other sife has numbers, it broke so i can only make out a 1 at the bottom. I was told they are generic suboxone. Has anyon ever seen these? ## Yes, that is the new generic suboxone. Should be a quarter moon on one side and 155 on the other. ## @Johnny, I actually think you have a pill by the name of "Metformin" because the imprints match the description you provided. It is a (500 mg) white round pill with a large G on one side and on the other side, the imprint MF over 1. Metformin is an oral anti-diabetic drug in the biguanide class used in the treatment of diabetes, type 2, polycystic ovary syndrome, female infertility, and insulin resistance syndrome. But i see no marks or numbers at all. And they taste like Lemon. Did i get screwed? ## no you didnt get screwed. That is a generic white sub....it taste lemony. ## Really cause i took 4 of the quarters which i don't usually take that much And did nothing to me. Im wondering if they were the 2 mg ones instead of the 8mg like i was told then ## What does the generic 155 suboxone taste like? Anybody tried them before? ## @Sara, Annie (post #1) already mentioned that the taste of these is lemony. However, from what I've been reading in some of the other discussion threa... ...

Generic Suboxone
Does anyone know when a generic suboxone will be available ## Suboxone first received FDA approval in 2002 and the exclusivity patent will run out on August 30, 2013, but the doesn't necessarily mean that a generic will become available at that time. Learn more Suboxone details here. Are you having trouble affording this medication? ## The generic suboxone came out in February of this year..2013. I know this because i have them. They are white, have a half-moon on one side, and 155 on the other. They are much harder than the Orange tabs making them easier to break & proportion. Hope this helps. ...

What Is The Correct Way To Take Suboxone White Pill 155
What is the correct way to take suboxone pill, white pill, 155 on one side, crescent moon on other. Do you put it under your tongue? Do you wait an hour after smoking? or eating, drinking ## Hello, Based on my research, you should drink a glass of water before taking this medicine to moisten your mouth. Place the sublingual tablet or sublingual film under the tongue and allow it to dissolve. You should not chew the tablet or film, and do not swallow it whole. Be sure to never crush a tablet or dissolve a film to mix into a liquid for injecting the drug into your vein. From what I've read, this practice has resulted in death with the misuse of buprenorphine and similar prescription drugs. Do not take this medication with alcohol. Check your food and medicine labels to be sure these p... ...

generic suboxone preferences
I am prescribed the 2mg Actavis bupe/nalox tabs. the ones with a moon on one side and 154 on the other. i like these they kick in sooner feel a bit stronger than a 2mg suboxone tablet. also i prefer the taste. What are other peoples expeience with the two generics. im especially curious about the new orange amneal tabs as ive heard mixed reviews. id like opinions on both ## @Jeremy, Although I don't have any personal experience with this drug, I thought it might be helpful to redirect you to a more active discussion thread on Suboxone, while you're waiting in the meantime... Discuss/White-Round-Pill-D-On-One-Side-And-155-Other-244131_p2.htm Seems like at least some of the users in that thread have had personal experience taking the new generics. I hope this helps! ...

generic suboxone 8mg expensive
Ok I was on subutex an now supposedly a state law n Tn that they can only prescribe tex to pregnant or nursing women. I now am prescribed suboxone tabs and many pharmacies turned me down even though they were on my list from the dr. So I went to Wal-Mart where I had been going and they had to order the tabs. When I got them they r called buna and r the half moon 155 white round pills, but they r like 8 something a piece! I tried using the goodrx coupon but the pharmacist said they will only take coupons from the manufacturer and I don't even know who or what to look for. Can someone please help! I love feeling normal but its costing so much money! HELP! ## I have gotten the same spiel from my doctor about Subutex yet no law exists to support this claim. I have been on Subs for over ... ...

round white pill with 155 and a on other side is it better then suboxone strips
Are the generic round white pill with #155 on and a d on other side better or stronger than the suboxone strips sublingual ## Hello, Tribes! How are you? What dosage of sublingual strips are relevant? It's difficult to provide an answer, without knowing the basis for comparison. Can you pleas post back with more details? Thanks! ## The pill #155 is soooooooo muchhhh weaker than the suboxone strips! An 8mg suboxone strip compares to one #155 pill in the generic form. My insurance switched and now they are giving me the generics and they taste sooo gross take 10 minutes to dissolve and for what?! I can't even tell I took anything. Ive been on and off of suboxone for years and this generic s*** is gunna put me off .i refuse to take it everyday! In short...name brand will always be ... ...

Is the 8 mg suboxone with the 155 imprint as strong as the 8mg sublingual film
i recently got a 8mg 155 imprint with a half moon imprint on the other side, i read up that its an 8 mg with a 2 mg base. im not sure what that meant so my question is, is this 155 8 mg pill as strong as the 8 mg sublingual film? ## Hello, Rob! How are you? Yes, they are the same. The base just basically refers to it as being equivalent, to put it in very simple terms for you. The actual medical ones would be very hard to understand and I really don't feel like trying to spell them all, either. LOL But yes, it is the same dosage and just as effective. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

round pill 155 crescent moon
Its a generic suboxone best taken sublingualy (let dissolve under tounge) in my opinion its not as potent as the generic subutex that im prescribed but on the plus side its not as easy to abuse. If anyone knows if this is more affordable than the Gen subutex (8mg str8 buprenorphine) please reply .. I like it because it stops the cravings better n doesn't make me as sleepy.. ## is it true the round white pill with half moon and 155 is gen. suboxone? ## @Joe420, Prices for each medication are going to be different at each and every pharmacy location worldwide. However generics are already much cheaper than brand name suboxone/subutex. So if you need further assistance, I would recommend printing out one of those "prescription drug discount cards" that you can find via google, ... ...

white round pill 155 crescent moon
Can this generic form of Suboxone be split into 4 doses and still be somewhat effective in helping me with all my withdrawal symptoms? (Which are pretty awful) ## Hello, Dianna! How are you? It would be best to take it as prescribed by your doctor to avoid the withdrawals. Taking lower doses won't really help much and isn't going to prevent the cravings associated with addiction. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

155 white round pill opiate blocker
do I swallow the pill or do I take it in pieces or do I let it dissolve in my mouth please someone answer I really need it asap ## Just to confirm, a white round pill imprinted with "155" and a "half moon logo" is identified as generic Suboxone, containing: Buprenorphine hydrochloride 8 mg (base) + Naloxone hydrochloride 2 mg (base); This medication is used in the treatment of opioid dependence. From what I understand, it's supposed to work best when taken sublingually; where all you have to do is let it fully dissolve under your tongue in order for your body to absorb it. It would be a good idea to contact your Dr. though if you have any other questions related to how much you should take. I hope this helps! ## Dear Destiny, David is correct. White Round Pill With A D On One Side And 155 Other
a round pill with a d on one side and it has 155 on the other ## Hi Lois, It looks like this question has already been addressed in another thread here on the site: Discuss/Pill-d-On-One-Side-155-The-Other-244029_s2.htm Although someone mentioned that it was a generic Suboxone tablet, I haven't come across many other details to verify it's accuracy. Is Suboxone something that you think this might be, perhaps based on any past prescriptions or people you know? I hope this helps! ## Let me straighten ya all up a bit. Can't find any pics on any sites yet, since they just came out I guess. Just got my Generic Suboxone. It is white, round, 1/4 moon on it, 155 on one side.
