SMALL WHITE TABLETS ## My mother has been on Atenolol for her blood pressure for years and now the pharmacist told he is out of Atenolol and gave her Sandoz as a replacement. Is this medication the same as Atenolol? ## Well Sandoz is the drug company name, not the medication name, so I cannot tell you if this is the same stuff or not, unless you provide the imprint on the pill, or the medicine name. ## Hi. I was stressed out over my relationship breaking down and I asked for Sandoz, because of my anxiety, but was given the pink tablets not the white, the pink ones knocked me out, what is the difference between them both as I seemed to be fine if I only had half of the pink one, and they seemed to work better on controlling the anxiety than having one full white one. ## Sandoz is the name of a company that manufactures medications, it isn't the name of a medication, so I am not sure which one you are talking about. Sandoz version of generic Adderall 20mg is the same garbage Adderall generic Aurobindo. I mean exactly the same pill! They stamp a different name on the outside of the bottle, but its all made at that awful Aurobindo cheap/ fake pharmaceutical company, These pharmaceutical companies think they are so smart! It's hard to say, the company may just be having a shortage, they may have discontinued it, or the pharmacies may have just switch to a cheaper supplier. I got the orange pill with E404. It's from Eon Labs (Sandoz) 30mg. I don't feel the effect as I would on the CorePharma. ## This pill is indeed Amphetamine Salts 30 mg (NDC 0185-0864). Is sandoz lorazepam the same as watson or actavis? I mean, the same brand? I heard that they are same company or same manufacturer. I took watson but due to serious side effect (panic attack, heart pounding, dehydration, choking, asthma, internal tremor, insomnia) with no calming effect, I was very ill so could not take it. I've been on Sandoz/Eon Labs Adderral 20MG for something like 10-15 years and it's always worked beautifully for me. However, it's become harder and harder to find in my area over the years (South Orange County, California). I called 15 pharmacies this morning and no one had it (both franchises and small mom and pop pharmacies). One pharmacy said it was "discontinued." Another one said Sandoz was bought out by another company and is no longer producing the medication. I've been told by multiple locations that "only people who already have it in stock are going to have it" and it won't be possible to order it. I take 30 mg Adderall Ir and sandoz is the only brand that doesn't give me nausea. I don't know what's going on with the pharmaceutical companies but it's really had an affect on my life. My aunt has been taking the Sandoz Pharmaceutical, hydrochlorothiazide and triamterene for 13 yrs. The GG606, now the pharmacy is saying they can't get that one anymore that they have a new one by a different company that is the same. She has tried to take this, but it gives her a terrible heachache, where the other one didn't. Do pay attention to the company brand names. I've been on Sandoz brand for years with no problem. In fact, I was doing pretty good. Then my pharmacy closed or retired. The new pharmacy sent me Mylan brand, a blue color with an M non it. They make me lethargic and doped. So generic companies ingredients are not all exactly the same. ## I started taking the blue pill by mylan a week ago and do not like it. It makes me irritable, dizzy, anxious. Normison used to be made by Wyeth, until that company was bought by Pfizer, and in South Africa, by Aspen Healthcare. The liquid filled gelcaps are, I think, only now available in South Africa, and there is one generic I know of, by Sandoz, which is also liquid-filled. Everywhere else the 'eggs' are now a solid gel formulation, introduced to stop an epidemic of people abusing the contents of the capsules, which leads to major blood vessel blockages, causing loss of limbs, and lives. orange and white capsule, says Geigy 02 on it ## Hello, Unfortunately the pill you found belonged to the manufacturing company Geigy which merged with Sandoz back in the 90's. A lot of people ask questions regarding medications from this company but due to the time frame of when the company was sold prior to the internet boom there really isn't a lot of data that I can pull up without going to a brick and mortar location, not even sure where to start looking honestly, and find the pill description there.
