my daughter aged 27 yrs type I diabetic has recently gone for premature delivery and developed no. of complications(sweling/tightness in the whole body) Dr. has given tab Meganeuron Od Plus(Methyl of cobalamin alpha lipoic acid & vitamins 1500 mg).
