I am using this for past 9 months the above medicine(morning) and clinidipine 10mg at night my weight reduced nearly 7kgs and also at present borderline in blood sugar and my triglyceride also increased slightly. I think it is due to the medicines I am taking for asthma and BP. At present my BP 140/90. Any medications effectively reduces my BP without increasing bloodsugar/triglycerides level ## I am 65 years of age and I am taking telmekind H 80 mg and tab amdepin 5 mg 1 tab each daily in the morning for the last 5 years my BP is maintained but I am suffering from dry cough for the last 3-4 years. I love one girl but it is one sided, because of that I having lots of tension. Recently my blood pressure went too high, it was 190/130. Doctors tried Clinidipine 10 mg for few days but its not coming down from 150/120. So now they gave Losar H 10mg. Is it good or else which medicine should I take. As long as my wife has taken Amlodipine, her bp readings always around 120/80 or 130/80. But when she developed ankle edema, my physician stopped that drug and prescribed Cilacar (Clinidipine). After 15 days we checked her bp and found that her bp is around 160.80 or 165/84 or so. For one month she continued Cilacar. Then my doc stopped Cilacar and prescribed Azelsartan 40 mg. Even with that, her bp readings have not come down. So after one month my doc prescribed Metxl 40 mg to be taken in the night. With that drug her diastolic controlled and is showing 75 or 80, but her systolic did not come down. Iam using LN Boc 10 with Dytor Plus 10 for my BP Is there any side effect to aggravate eplipsy. ## I was using Telvas AM along with Ramipril 10mg for my Blood Pressure as per the prescription and with food habit changes my recent readings were 130/77 (earlier 140/90).
