Ciplar 10mg

My wife is a suffering from migraine for the past few months and as per doctor's advise,she is using ciplar 10 mg twice and tryptomer 10mg daily since december 2010. she is a house wife and on a few occasions she had forgotten to put the medicine. After a day or two she used to suffer with severe spinal pain. (just below the neck). Is this a side effect of ciplar or any other reason. She is victim of hypertension for the past 7 yrs and she is aged about 36 yrs. Can you help ## her migrane is stress induced as she has hypertension and therefore tryptomer helping her migrane. Stopping the medicine means tension of muscles and resultant migrane ## i am 23 years and Dr recommended 1/4 tab of Ciplar 10 mg and i am taking this for last 3 months. i want to stop ,how i can stop.
