I was admitted in the hospital for 4 days, due to a severe reaction to poison ivy. Both of my legs were really swollen, red, painful, & hot to the touch. The doctors ran a complete CBC blood count & it was confirmed that my white blood count was high, my potassium was low, & that I also have an immune difficiency. They treated me with intravenous antibiotics & Methylprednisolone for 4 days. My swelling, redness, & pain did subside however, I am uncertain as to whether my progress was because of the antibiotics or Methylprednisolone. I was discharged after the fourth day & prior to being released, I did inform my doctor & nurses that my entire family at home was sick with the flu. I woke the very next morning with a bad cold that turned into the flu which also...

I have been on Tamoxifen for almost five years and have had many of the side effects - horrendous hot flashes, joint pain, leg cramps. About 6 weeks ago I started noticing my hands and feet were going numb and tingling and they are sore and hurt. I have had blood tests for Lymes, B12 deficiency, A1C and CBC, etc. - all negative. I had an MRI on my shoulder blade as I. Had such a pain/knot, thinking pinched nerve ~ negative, MRI on my neck, awaiting results. Went to chiropractor and confirmed not pinched nerve. I am wondering if anyone on Tamoxifen has had this side effect? Luckily, I have 25 more days on this med and I am finished my treatment. Waiting to feel better and certainly will not miss the hot flashes. hope to hear from someone. Thanks! ## Hello, Mallory! How are you? Those sym...

I have been taking Ecosprin for the past 40 years. A few days back I found reddish dots on my palm small and also on the body here and there. I had little itching too. I personally feel that this is one of the side effects of Ecosprin. I had a rash on my chin, behind ears, and lips. I had cbc and results were normal except eosinophils at 10. 3 months ago my cardiologist asked me to stop Ecosprin since i was prescribed Clopidogrelas and that 2 blood thinners are not necessary. Whats your advice?

cellcept was prescribed for me by neurologist for multiple sclerosis. Have had MS for 20 years and had symptom progression 2 years ago. Within 4 weeks I had almost complete turnaround with my MS disabilities. I could see better, was able to walk without my cane. I could swallow without choking. I speach and handwritting improved 100%. My doctor is with the Vanderbilt MS clinic. I have not been able to talk with anyone else with MS who has had such improvement. I have had no side effects. I must have CBC blood test every 6-8 weeks. Would like to hear if this is considered a break-through with other MS patients.
