Deralin 10 taken off market. Taking cardiloc 1.25 twice a day. Feel cramps on right side of chest. Is this normal? ## Hello, Hk! How are you doing? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having. Taking tritace 1.25 and cardiloc 1.25 for high blood pressure and fast heart rate . My left leg keeps swelling up and I get many headaches. Should I be taking a diuretic? ## Hello, Jan! How are you? I'm sorry about the problems that you're having. Yes, those can be normal side effects, though they should improve after about 4 to 6 weeks, once your body gets used to the medication. As listed by the FDA, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, increased urination and hypotension. And yes again, you may need a diuretic, but only your doctor can tell you that, you may also need to switch to a different medication. Is there anything else I can help with?
