I would just suggest visiting your local Human Resource Department; as they should be able to link you up with a directory full of local physicians who are accepting that type of insurance. Otherwise there would be no need for Medicare if no doctors ever accepted it. You could also ask the doctors/clinics that you already visited, for a referral to a new physician. Both pills contain 10 mg of Methadone hydrochloride. Neither of these are extended release or stronger than the other. If you're on Methadone can you still take Suboxone safely? ## NO! They are both very strong narcotics, it is not safe to take both. In addition, Suboxone also contains Naloxone, which neutralizes other opiates. I'm on 35mg of methadone at a clinic, I was on 175mg and got down to 10mg and it was terrible!! I went very slow, but I went back up. Does anyone have any advice on how to get off this crap?? i have some keflex left over from an infection my husband had but i take methadone 10mg tablets 3 -3 times per day so 90 mg. daily for back pain can i take the keflex 500mg. for my toothache i can't see my dentist till tuesday this is friday would like to try to get infection under control so the pain will decrease an possibly have it removed when i see dentist on tuesday ## I didn't find any interactions or problems listed between the 2 medications, but you might want to check with a pharmacist, or doctor to be sure.
