Can One 415 Pill Work To Kick

I just got off 8mg suboxone strip a day and now my insurance won't cover any because of my rise in copay, I was just wondering is there any difference in the, an 415's and the films besides being slower to kick in and dissolve? I took 2mgs off a, an 415 .
