Being a topical creme, it should have safety instructions on how and where to apply it. Antibiotics are very strong in relation to Ibuprofen, therefore, if this cream worked for a reaction you had to an antibiotic I imagine that it could also help you with the allergic reaction that Ibuprofen caused....

My husband was in mexico for a while and started using barmicil compuesto crema for his face due to a break out he continuously has.
