I take two 5-325 hydrocodne/acetaminephin every night for back pain. I'm presently taking Hydroco/APAP 7.5/325 which are white with 1P115 stamped on it. I was previously taking hydrocodone which were peach colored. With the white ones they are not as strong. I have to take two to get relief from chronic pain. With the peach colored ones I could take one and worked fine. Why would they be different if suppose to be same thing? I recently was on 7.5 325 T and doc just switched me to 5-325-TB. What is the difference between the two? As in what amount of aspirin/Tylenol, does the amount in prescription strength, above mean? Like 7.5 to the 5, & the amount that didn't change 325? One, when it was reclassified as a Schedule II the bottles the pharmacy's had were sent back to the manufacturer. It is possible they are running short or don't have any. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN THE TWO MEDICATIONS? I started the 40 mg does of Viibryd about 3 weeks ago; I take it at night with supper. I have been prescribed Hydrocodone/acetam 10-325 mg for knee pain.
