I was told by the pharmacist that she specifically requested the prescription to be ordered from Greenwich because she believes they work better and they're supposed to be higher quality. Is tanganil 500mg available in the US? I have tried several places without luck. ## From what I could gather, Tanganil (acetyl-DL-leucine) does not appear to be available in the US - though this is just my own speculation. However some reports suggest that it may be obtained in other countries such as: France, Lebanon, Tunisia and Vietnam. Interestingly enough, despite my lack of findings on its availability here in the States, The US National Library of Medicine still boasts several articles describing its applications and biology.
