I have used hydrocodone for more than 15 yrs, due to lupus and fibromyalgia. I want to get off it and was wondering: if I go into detox, will they then put me on drug replacement therapy? I take 30-40 mg of hydro./day (3-4 Norco) but I don't go buy pills or dr. shop - that is my RX ## I would recomend cymbalta it works for depression anxiety and fibromyalgia. So it works for the pain strangley enough and puts you in a good mood not like other antidepresants. Had my Hydrocodone/ibuprofen 10-200 MG filled at an independent pharmacy (major chain pharmacy would take 2 weeks). I was given purple colored tabs with 35 86 on one side, V on other side. This is NOT even making a dent in my pain. Found out it was Ibudone and much cheaper for pharmacy to buy and make a profit on! Pharmacist insists it's the same, and won't order another manufacturer's as there is not enough profit. NOW I'm stuck for 30 days with ineffective class ll meds. These new DEA laws are hurting the patients, as pharmacies are outright lying to not have to fill prescriptions.

I've been buying tussigon from costco. ## Tussigon contains hydrocodone (dihydrocodeinone) bitartrate, a semi-synthetic centrally-acting narcotic antitussive. Homatropine methylbromide is included in a sub-therapeutic amount to discourage deliberate overdosage. difference between hydrocodone and hydrocloride ## I am not certain exactly what you mean by this. Hydrocodone Bitarate is a narcotic analgesic, used to treat severe pain. A hydrochloride just signifies that something is a salt of that particular substance, such as Pyridine Hydrochloride. So, medically they are unrelated. Many other people are telling me that ip 110 which is another generic form of hydrocodone 10/325, does not work for them nearly as well as watson 853, which is a better generic of the same thing - hydrocodone 10/325.
