I am pregnant and I'm taking butalbital + apap (325mg) + caffeine. My doctor says it's ok. Can I take tylenol along with it? ## Do NOT take Tylenol or any other brand of acetaminophen with any other drug containing it. You can accidentally overdose. FDA has recently come out with a "black box" warning about this. Please do a search for Butalbital and you should find the same article regarding acetamenophin and the FDA. ## Diane is correct, in this medication, APAP is just medical speak for Acetaminophen.
