Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find an identification for this, yet. They seem to be old tablets that are no longer manufactured, as from other posts I've found they were said to be found in the homes of elderly deceased relatives. Thus finding an ID may be a bit difficult. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize these tablets? ## I found a few of these mixed in with some 10mg Dicyclomine Capsules after my mom died. This DOES NOT constitute a definite identification because I can't find them listed anywhere else either, but at least it's a place to start.

It's hard to know for sure, but I believe the V is the logo for Qualitest pharmaceuticals. This pill could be anything from a narcotic for pain to a benzodiazepine for anxiety. the pill is a blue colour and has a V then a 10 below it imprinted on it. it is a round shape. cant make out all the detail on box/packet but it has the word nitrate on it and what looks like memazine but this word is not complete as some of the packet has been torn off.
