I'm normally get Watson 540 that's my Lortab 10 what is the 500? ## Lortab actually contains 2 active ingredients to relieve pain, the 10 denoted how much of the narcotic Hydrocodone it contains and the 500 denotes the dosage of Acetaminophen it contains. Blue oval pill with pne imprint on one side ## Hi marie, Based on the description provided, I did find a photograph suggesting that it may be a medication by the name of "Desienfriol-D 24Tab" that originates from Mexico. Desienfriol reportedly contains: Clorfenamina (2mg) + Fenilefrina (5mg) + Paracetamol (500mg). Apparently it's marketed for similar uses as Mucinex is here in the States. Another individual had also depicted their Desienfriol as being elliptical (oval) & blue with PNE on one side, and I haven't seen anything else quite like it, so this is the best match I could locate in my own investigation.
