Blank White Round Pill

I found some small white round thick pills in my nephew’s room. There are no markings, just blank on one side with a scored edge, and the other side has a single score line on it. It is 3/16 inch in diameter, and about 1/8 inch in height. There were in a bogus pharmacy bottle labeled Lorazepam 2 Mg. Can anyone help my identify what this pill may really be. No markings, both sides white, pill round, mild Benson feeling but culls be psychological. ## If there are no markings, we can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription medication, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. From the way you described it, it is most likely that it's an over the counter product, but there is also a slight chance that it could be a foreign medication. Where was it found/obtained? ## One side has 834 with line under it. The other side has TEVA. Not concerned about the white pill I was reading about the .05 org. pill and what the strength is compared to my 2mg.

It's actually difficult to say, since they are no markings, I can say that it is most likely an over the counter product, since all prescription tablets in the U.S. must have imprints. However, that does leave it open to a lot of possibilities. It could be a children's medication, something for adults, or even just a supplement. There are many blank, round, white pills among over the counter products. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. round white pill, one side is blank and the other side is written DT. ## I believe the pill you have is Detrol (2 mg), with the active ingredient being Tolterodine; used to treat urinary incontinence. I have these white circular pills which are blank on the one side and on the other it has a line splitting it in half with a S on the one half and a 4 on the other half. The pills I have are white, round, non-scored; blank on one side and the only identifiable imprinting is a cursive uppercase letter "R" with a typewriter style, upper case letter "L" going under or through the cursive uppercase letter "R". I found a white round tablet that says HL on one side and the other is blank. Can’t find any info when searching. What is it? ## What is this pill? Round white pill, rather large, quite smooth, not grainy like other meds. Blank on one side with an imprint 121 in the middle on the other. White Round pill with R M B printed on one half of one side (the rest is blank) with a little divider divot underneath it. The letters seem slightly spaced apart with the M being slightly higher printed than the R and B.
