The Garden of Life multivitamins I use actually say that I'm supposed to take 4 capsules daily, but then it goes into detail stating that it's best when taken 2 capsules twice daily. Limcee also contains Ascrobic Acid, so it is regarded as a Vitamin C tablet. However, this doesn't necessarily mean you can break the tablet up and use it to make skin serum. Many tablets have binders/fillers that you may not want to put on your skin anyways. I think your best bet would probably be to find raw Vitamin C in it's purest and least processed form, from a reputable organic company.
