Why can't I get 15 mg dexedrine in Edmonton, Canada? Taking equiv. 5mg tabs are screwing up my days/nights. ## My pharmacist told me that Barr just stopped manufacturing Dexedrine. I take 10mg spansules. I live in Illinois. I can't find more info. I was given Actavis generic. They have written on label that "manufacturer is different but is exact same medicine". But to keep from being overmedicated it would be best to talk to your dr. ## Just to clarify, Adderall already contains Dextroamphetamine within its composition of salts. So in terms of safety I don't see any reason why there would be complications with taking them both at separate times throughout the day/night since you would essentially be taking more of the same thing (and at the same 20mg dosage). I live on Minnesota and can't find another Doctor who will prescribe ADHD medication. Its been almost 4months and the piles are forming, appointments are being missed or late for or forgotten.
