My pharmacy changed manufacturers of trazodone from Apo T150 to Qualitest brand. First problem is that it doesn't work. It took 3 hours to finally doze off, and 30 minutes later I woke up thinking I was choking, but actually had severe dry mouth and after 1/2 bottle of water it is getting a little better. Is this manufacturer change due to Medicare changes, or pharmacy (Walgreens) changes? white oblong tablet. On one side there is an O, a space, then 15. Found in daughter's gym bag. ## Hi Patti, The closest match I can find is Trazodone HCl (150 mg). It is a small, white, oval pill with the imprint APO T150 on the front and 50 50 50 on the back. It looks like a pill that could be easily smudged, so maybe some of the imprints wore off. I would definitely ask your daughter, hopefully she will be honest with you. Trazodone is indicated for: Clinical depression with or without anxiety. Insomnia, Fibromyalgia, to aid in sleeping.
