we found a small white tablet in our car,.....we are old , crippled people and take a s**t-load of pills, medicines and what not...no idea what this small white tablet with AN 527 imprinted on it..... ## This pill has been identified as containing 50mgs of Tramadol, the active ingredient in Ultram, it is a pain reliever. Little round whit pill on one side has an AN and underneath a 527? What is this?? ## Your pill is Tramadol 50mg .. its a pain med .. 1 or 2 pills every 6 hrs as needed.
