White, oblong ## I was not able to find L315, I did find an oblong pill with 315 on it. Click here to see a picture of the pill. it is an oblong oval shape, about as close to the standard pill form you can get. the top and bottom are slighty rounded and the sides are straight. the only imprint it has is a 315 on it, back side is blank. ## Physician's Total Care lists this tablet as being a Vytorin tablet, it contains the active ingredients ezetimibe, and simvastatin. It is most commonly used to lower cholesterol. NDC code: 54868-5259 The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, and joint/muscle aches.
