White oblong pill with 93 and 63 on the same side ## From what I've found, this is listed as being a 240mg Sotalol tablet, it is most commonly used to treat cardiac arrhythmias, but can also be used to treat some cases of hypertension. Where did you find it? As a found pill, I doubt you're familiar with this medication, so you can learn more Sotalol details here.
