Round white pill with fancy R and 439 on back. ## It is a 50 mg Trazodone (Purepac Pharm) ## The information that Vernon provided is correct, although this is now manufactured by Actavis. This medication is an antidepressant, which is also used to treat insomnia. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, dry mouth, weight changes, and mood changes. Is there anything I can help with?
