What Are Grey Round Pills With M Box On 1 Side And 30 On other ## I am not aware of a grey pill with this marking, but there is a pale blue one that has the M in a box on one side and a 30 over a score line on the other, which contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, the active ingredient in Roxicodone, which is a narcotic pain reliever. have been on MS ER for long time and it was always pinkish-pale red in color. I'm on 30mg BID. But this refill at same pharmacy was blue/greyish round pill with E653 one side,and just 30 on other side. Is this the same med just diff. company? ## Yes, this tablet is manufactured by Endo Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 30mgs of Morphine in an extended release formulation, so it is a generic for Oramorph SR. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have a pink small pill that says k 57. It looks like the grey k 57 oxycodone. Is it the same drug? I was told it is a 20 mg oxycodone. ## That is a 10 mg Roxy. They are pink. The 20 mg ones are gray. The 15 mg ones are green... Usually a light green. The 30 mg ones are blue. Depending on the maker of each of these they can be different shades of pink, green and blue. I have tried morphine, starting with a red pill 30mg. with an oval form; identified as MS contin 30 IR. I had also some ABG 100mg. grey pill, very small ones which are supposed to be ER; I practically didn't have any effect from the first one and after a few hours I have decided to take a third (more or less) of the other pill, really small ABG but I managed to cut it quite right, probable was 40 mg instead of the initial 30 mg ones.... I know you are not supposed to cut these because the ER properties but I was in real pain and I didn't want to risk OD for sure. I figured that should be it, more or less... after 15 minutes I was completely pain free but not drowsy at all; just euphoric and full of energy and pain free... it almost scared me for a minute but I am definitely not ...
