I've searched several prescription drug databases, but I haven't been able to find anything that matches this, yet. Can you please double check the imprint? Does anyone else recognize this tablet? So I am a type 2 diabetic on the insulin pump. i just had a baby 3 months ago and was actually left thinner than before I was pregnant. Pre-pregnancy I was 219, post-pregnancy I was down to 180. Mostly the breastfeeding helped with that but couldn't after a month, milk supply went away. Saw my dr this week and got the free trial but so far I think I'm actually hungrier and still craving sweets at night. My question is, does this drug take effect immediately or is there a time frame where my cravings will start to get better? My plateu has always been 180, I'm now 186 and would love to get rid of the diabetes for good!!! I have cellulittes in left ancle and leg is cephalexin 500 mg what I need ## Hi Flonnie, Based on my research Cephalexin is actually regarded as one of the recommended drugs for treating Cellulitis in it's early stages. From what I could gather, the usual adult dose of Cephalexin (in the treatment of Cellulitis), is 500mgs orally every 6 hours, for up to 7-10 days. Depending on how severe each individual case is, other more powerful antibiotics may also be recommended, such as Vancomycin, Daptomycin, or Linezolid.
