This is a small very small pill , a white pill , with the number 100 imprinted on one side an the other side is blank . I cant seem to figure out what it is ! ## Was it found in the U.S. or somewhere else? This imprint is pretty vague, so it may be difficult to determine exactly what this tablet contains. It is supposed to be a pain pill but it's not working at all. I have been prescribed the medicine and it always worked well enough to allow me to function, but this new pill doesn't work. It could also be a medication manufactured outside the United States, or possibly an over the counter product, but it has been difficult to verify 100%. I came across a strange pill and I've been trying to figure out what it is for an hour now. It's small, about the size of a Motrin. It's colour is tan-ish / very light brown. One side is completely smooth with no imprints but the other side has a split and 001 on it. I'm positive it's 001 and not 100 because the 1 has the little "tophat". Little white pill with 06E and SZ or ZS, depending on how you look at it. Blank on other side ## I believe you were looking at part of the imprint upside down. I think it's actually SZ 390 and the tablet contains 25mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide and 100mgs of Losartan and it is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.
