I am taking nucoxia120. Now I got fever 102 I have rheumatoid arthritis. But my hip and chest joint pain is as it is. I was taking medrol 4mg. And because it wasn't that effective doctor gave me nucoxia120. But no sign of improvement instead I got fever. yellow capsule says IP 120 ## The pill which you are describing is Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate (500 mg - 10 mg). However this pill is noted to be blue and not yellow. My guess is that the manufacturer (Amneal Pharm.) switched the color recently. Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain. I took the white M77 for years, one and a half year ago my script provder changed it to the blue 1201 v. during this time I have developed extremely dry mouth which I never had all the years I took the m77. My pain doctor has changed me from 10 mg methadone to 120 avinza how long get before relief.with the new avinza? There was an issue with taking methadone for years it would cause heart problems. I have been on Methadone for 5 - 8 years. Has anyone done this and how long does it take for the relief to come? ## To equal 10mgs of Methadone only requires 37.5mgs of the Morphine, so there shouldn't be a lot of different in the relief, since you were placed on 120mgs, but you may be dealing with some withdrawal rebound pain from stopping the Methadone. I have been taking 'Flecainide 100mg' Twice a day since 1988. Its to stop a eregular heart beat. It has worked great till my last 2 perscriptions. I've had severe weight gain after being on nadolol for 2 years without success in diet plans. Dr switched me to diltizem CD 120 mg at bedtime. Have been a patient at Augusta Pain Management for 10 years. A new MD has come on staff and after telling me he would not change my meds, he reduced them by 20 pills a month for 2 months.
