If so, there shouldn't be any issues unless the pharmacy made a mistake or changed the manufacturer without informing you. The color of a medication doesn't usually have anything to do with its formulation since different manufacturers design their pills differently. Is everything else normal other than the color? ( ie: shape, size, imprint etc..) If you ordered the Xanax online, then there is definitely a possibility of the pills being "fake" or unsafe. They (drug companies) make generic 2mg bars that come in white, yellow and green (the green ones only break into 3 little squares instead of 4 like the other white and yellow, but it's still 2mg too). The marking on the U.S. Alprazolam tablet, which is the generic for Xanax should be R 039 and the R should somewhat resemble the breast cancer ribbon. If it has the correct marking, as has come up on here before, I can't tell you whether they are fake or not, just from this post. I can only provide the information on what a tablet with that marking is supposed to contain. The only way to see if it is fake or not would be to pay to have it lab tested somewhere. Got my prescription filled with some dark yellow bars, almost orange with darker orange spots, had r039. Broke like chalk.. had the bitter flavor but instead of being fast-acting it took an hour and a half to kick in and was the strongest I had ever had.
