What Is Tripoline Used For

1. Is Tripoline addictive
2. Will it help for insomnia and would it be safe to use it for just that.
3. What is the main use of Tripoline as a doctor has prescribed this for my husband how has bad sleeping habits and I am just concerned that something else could rather have been prescribed.

Amitriptyline is an antidepressant, it is sometimes used to help with sleep problems, since they can be influenced by stress and anxiety.

Drowsiness is one of its side effects, as well as nausea, weight gain and dry mouth.
