For anyone with an emergency, please contact your local poison control or take the person to the nearest emergency services medical department. While there are always those of us online that would love to help, if we can, there is nothing we can do if someone's life is in danger. The FDA classifies Amitriptyline as a tricyclic antidepressant and there is a chance that an overdose of it could cause permanent organ damage or be fatal. Overdose symptoms are listed as possibly including uneven heartbeat, extreme drowsiness, confusion, agitation, hallucinations, vomiting and seizures.

amit melo topi tram pril

I've heard of this med and would like to try it but I don't know if I need a prescription ## Hello, Vicky! How are you? Yes, it requires a prescription from your doctor. Some of the ingredients you've listed are Amitriptyline, Meloxicam and Tramadol, the topi means its for topical use. I'm not sure what the Pril stands for, though. But this is a special product used for topical pain relief. A doctor prescribes it and the ratio of how much of each ingredient they want in the cream, then you'd have to take that prescription to a compounding pharmacy and they would specially make it for you. The FDA lists the typical side effects for such substances as possibly include skin irritation, redness, dryness, itching and rash. Is there anything else I can help with?

Does anyone else know anything about this? ## I have been on Elavil for 20 years and 100mg at bedtime and I don't recommend anyone taking it long term. I have heart palpatations every day which was determined from Dr. that it was hormonal, but I don't believe it. I tried to decrease...
